Aleksandar graduated from the University of Belgrade, School of  Electrical Engineering (ETF), the Department of Computer Engineering and Informatics  (RTI). As his educational background was focused  mostly on software development, soon after graduation, he developed and  sold his first two web applications. 

Nevertheless, his ambitions gravitated more toward direct interaction with end customers, so he decided to pursue a career in the  IT system and network operations field. He felt the need to change the approach substantially and introduce a new, holistic, end-to-end approach in developing and providing IT and web services to the clients,  which became the mission of his future career.

Driven by that  ambition, Aleksandar joined the CISCO academy and, a couple of months  later, in 2011, he signed his first professional contract with Comtrade IT Solution and Services company, the ICT department. In more than 11  years in Comtrade, Aleksandar went from Junior System Engineer to ICT  Delivery Director. While at the said position, he led the biggest system  engineering team in the Adriatic region, one that gathered more than 70  engineers and 8 teams in Serbia, B&H and Slovenia.  

Besides the career in the IT, Aleksandar has more than 20 seasons-long sports career behind him as well, as professional water polo player both in Serbian and foreign competitions – which in a way also set the course for his future doings in the IT business. With a competitive mindset and winning  mentality of a sportsman, he decided it was the right time to take on a  new challenge and establish his own company that would become a game changer in providing top-quality services in terms of response and  technology orientation, and shift the market focus toward the segment of cloud and infrastructure services.

To wrap up in sports terms, Aleksandar will make sure to keep his eye on the ball, nourish the values of fair play and lead his team to the finals. And just then, the  real game begins.

As a Network Engineer with more than a decade of experience, Nemanja  has participated in local, regional and international ICT projects with  focus on network infrastructure design, implementation and migration.  

As  a PhD graduate from the School of Electrical Engineering, University of  Belgrade, and holder of three prestigious CCIE certificates, he  successfully combines deep-dive technology experience and theoretical  knowledge to deliver the best possible solutions to fit the technical  requirements of a project.  

Experience in large-scale and complex  projects makes him a critical factor to achieve the best practice  approach, in order to close the gap between clients’ technical needs and  limitations that they are facing.  

Nemanja’s expertise in the  networking field goes both horizontally and vertically and is not  limited solely to single network technology, allowing him to identify  weaknesses and tackle the challenges by using multi-vendor solutions and  vendor-agnostic approach.  

Besides the career in the IT field,  Nemanja also has a successful career as an international basketball  referee. Owing to the great devotion that he invests in everything he  does, it’s safe to say that he’s also one of the most promising  basketball referees in this part of Europe. 

With a Master’s degree in Operational Research from the Faculty of Organizational Sciences(FON), Milos builds his work on analytical thinking and structured problem solving. 

His career began in the logistics industry, where he joined a team as an IT System Coordinator. There, he quickly became a key contributor in international integration projects, demonstrating strong communication skills and a sharp ability to coordinate international teams. One of the most demanding assignments, launching a fully integrated warehouse system in Moscow, highlighted his talent for balancing technical precision with real-world logistics.

Transitioning to one of the leading regional ICT system Integration as a Project Manager, he led complex ICT projects, including a full cloud migration for a consortium of banking institutions from the ex-Yugoslavia region. His calm leadership and collaborative mindset helped align over 50 people on both the client and implementer side, ensuring the project was delivered smoothly.

 After four years in project management, he expanded his professional focus into account management and sales within the software industry, where he was responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with existing clients, as well as with prospective customers. 

As a certified member of PMI with CAPM, PMP, and PSM I certifications, Milos brings both structure and adaptability to his role. 

A lifelong athlete and licensed ski instructor, he applies the same discipline and resilience learned through sports to professional environments. By aligning team efforts toward shared goals, he balances high performance with empathy, always prioritizing team well-being.
